The oldest known paintings are at the Grotte Chauvet in France, claimed by some historians to be about 32,000 years old. They are engraved and painted using red ochre and black pigment and show horses, rhinoceros, lions, buffalo, mammoth or humans often hunting. There are examples of cave paintings all over the world—in France, Spain, Portugal, China, Australia, etc.

    Vintage collectables, sportswear, clothes, hats for sale. You’ll find 1960’s drinking glass sets (straight out of Mad Men!), antique razors, silverware, old books, furs, depression-era glassware, 1940’s baby carriage. My grandparents lived in this house since 1939 and they collected all sorts of things!

    We need to sell it all – come, discover some treasures, and help us out!

    I am looking for a pyrex bowl -- I think it was about 10 inches in diameter. The one I had was part of a set of four and it was green. I broke it yesterday and am heartbroken as it belonged to my mother who passed away last February.

    I am also looking for a gravy boat for a pattern called "Cream Petal" which is cream coloured china with a gold pattern around the circumference of the plate. Thank you for your assistance!
